Today my parents had a meeting after church for a couple hours. So us and Moriah hung out outside and took pictures because it was an absolutely Beautiful day today and it was just a fun way to waste time. We found some cones in the parking lot and decided to play with them and use them for our pictures.
My camera died though so these are all from her camera. But I still took them and really liked how some of them turned out.

Saturday I spent the day at Isaac's house and watched Signs and Dan in Real Life. If you haven't seen that movie then you need to go out and rent it RIGHT NOW because that is one of the best movies ever made. Everyone should watch that movie at least once because it's just really great!

we also watched the Kid's Choice Awards!!! I liked it I'm not gonna lie.

*oh and I got home late so this picture is totally random.

For youth group on Friday we had our own Iron Chef pancake competition thing. We got into teams and had to come up with three different course that all included pancakes in it somehow. It was a really cool idea and Graham, Isaac and I totally beat everyone with our food. Then afterwards I ate some oreos and peanut butter. Just like in The Parent Trap!

oh and also, I feel in the gym that night because I thought I saw a spider so I was kind of stumbling backwards and ended up tripping over a chair and Isaac and falling on the floor. I know have a bump/bruise on my leg and had a hurting lip. It was actually kind of funny.

Finally I'm getting back to posting pictures.
So Thursday I stayed after school with my girl Katie to go to the baseball game. But we had about an hour and a half to kill, so we went to homework club to try and get some starbucks pastries at the end. We ended up doing absolutely no homework and still getting extra food. It was great.
After that we had about 30 minutes until the game and we were going to sneak into the theater and watch Summer during play practice, but the janitor was cleaning so we ditched that idea and went to the gym. No one was there though so we just went into the bathroom to stay warm and take pictures.
Then finally we went to the game and sat there in the cold and ate lots of snackies. It was fun!!

on a side note...

Sorry for the delay of the picture posting. I have been taking pictures I swear, but due to computer problems this past week I just haven't gotten around to the uploading and that jazz... but I will very very soon.

peace out!

Today was an ok day I guess.  I felt sick this morning and didn't really feel like going to school or doing anything at all . I took my computer to the tech lab and they took it away from me to get it fixed and I should have it back by Friday. I guess that's not too bad. At least it'll be as good as new... just without anything on it.
=(

p.s. to add on top of all the stress that we get at school right now, today our class had a meeting about graduation and class rings and stuff. Are they CRAZY?!?! we're sophomores for crying out loud and still have two whole years left. geez louise, what is this world coming too?

156/365-CRASHED

Yesterday was a very... interesting day.
To make a long story short I went to Ben & Jerry's last night (which was GREAT and I decided that I'm going to work there when I'm old enough) then came home and worked on some homework. Mainly on a keynote presentation that I was supposed to give in English today. So I'm like right in the middle of that when my computer froze. I didn't think it was a huge deal because computers freeze, right? So I turned it off then tried to turn it back on, but it wouldn't turn on...
You're probably thinking right now "What the heck, this is short?"
Ok, pretty much the main thing I want to get at is that my hard drive CRASHED last night.

For those of you who don't know what CRASHED means. It means that it broke down and I pretty much lost everything. No, not "pretty much"... I for reals lost EVERYTHING!
I could care less about my school work because I didn't have that much on there anyways. But this includes ALL of my pictures. Every single picture I have uploaded since the summer which makes up a total of over 3,000 pictures (I think).

So I had a very hard and emotional night last night, and I'm still grieving over all the pictures that I lost.
=(

Once again I went on my regular Monday evening thrift store run to St. Vincent de Paul's.
I got a few things, of course. Including the movie 'The Babysitters Club'. Definitely one of my favorite childhood movies. You should watch it!
(I also got some sweet sandals and two shirts)

Nothing really special today and not a special picture either. Just the same old Sunday: church, home, facebook, top ramen, homework, a movie!
I love top ramen, sometimes it just hits the spot. Except today I ate it too quickly when it was still really hot and all the steam went down my throat and I started choking. It was scary. But I also like just sitting there looking at the steam. It's kind of cool.
Anyways... homework time!

Secret club...

Spent Friday at the beach taking pictures with the Wennstigs and Deryn. It was an amazing time!
Check out these shots...
(just so you know, I think blogger takes away so much color from pictures that I post. I promise you these are a lot prettier and the colors are more bold and bright. Blogger just makes them look dull and I don't like that.)

I spent all day today at the Fowlers house watching movies with Isaac, and I liked it. We watched The Sixth Sense, Unbreakable and Young Frankenstein. We took a break in the afternoon to go to Melisa's baseball practice. But while she was practicing Isaac, Josh and I went to the playground and we watched Josh chase around birds and squirrels. It was really funny.
These pictures are from around the park!

152/365

I had an "absolutely fantastical day" (and yes I stole that from you Amanda). But it's definitely the only way to describe it.
Let's see:
  • IT'S FRIDAY
  • I woke up on the right side of the bed this morning
  • I didn't have to run the mile in aerobics
  • My mom bought my phone card for me this time
  • and also bought scrabble cheez-its
  • I spent the afternoon with the Wennstigs and Deryn taking pictures at the Beach
  • Youth group was pretty sweet
  • Made chocolate milk in the gallon again
  • Got late night McDonald's ice cream with the Wennstigs, Deryn and Isaac
  • Sang loud in the car
  • And was just in an overall FANTASTIC mood today. (maybe it's because I got plenty of sleep from going to bed at 7:30 last night)
And now it's just me and my mommy at home. I'm typing this in her bed while she's fast asleep right beside me.
I was just really happy today and LOVED IT!

*thanks to all you wonderful people!!!
<3

oh and more pictures to come... don't worry!

This isn't really a great picture. All the pictures that I took today are on my other camera but they aren't uploading for some reason and it's making very mad!
So I was stuck with some of my least favorites.
But anyways, I walked home from school today barefoot... just for fun. I liked it. It was something new and exciting. So this picture just shows that I chose not to wear any shoes even though I had them right there with me.

I wish I was a hippie

"Hats need a beat
like awake needs asleep
like a pen needs a page
to re-write you need a mistake."
"So much Love" -The Rocket Summer= GREAT SONG

I was kind of bored today and had no idea what to take a picture of. So I decided to play around with a bunch of hats. But I'm also kind of hyper because today at lunch my friends and I ate a lot of cake and stuff that we brought for Summer, today is her 16th birthday.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY SUMMER!!

Katie came over today and we made lots and lots of goodies, like these CAKES, for Summer's 16th birthday on wednesday (and us of course). It was a very fun and enjoyable day after having to take the WASL this morning.

I didn't really feel like taking pictures outside today because the weather is being ridiculous and making me mad. So I had Rice Krispies and they were delicious!

This morning I went to greenlake with a bunch of people from youth group and church to do a fundraiser for Katie's senior project. My friends and I walked around the lake once while in a huge clump. I'm pretty sure people were annoyed with us. But I was kind of sad because I really wanted to run but nobody would run with me. So I just walked with the whole group instead. When we were a little less than half way around we took a starbucks break to get a little warmth, because did I mention that the whole time we were there it was raining, windy and freezing? because it was!
But I think it made it more fun and memorable. It was a great time. Good job guys!

Then this afternoon I went to see The Lion King with Summer. All I'm going to say is that it was absolutely amazing and I sat there in awe during the whole performance. It was so great and I had a lot of fun!

I love my friends!

145/365: Theo Chocolate Factory

So today I went to the Theo Chocolate Factory in Fremont with Alexandra and some other friends for her 16th birthday party. And it was the most fantastic place I have every been to. We tried SO many samples, some great and some not so great, and even got a tour of the factory. It was really cool because not only did we get to try the chocolate that they made there, but we got to see how it's all made and learned where they get it from and all that jazz. Some of the chocolate was the best things I have ever tasted. And it makes me feel better too when I know that it's all Fair Trade!
Just for your information, if you ever go there to buy chocolate or just buy any from stores, the best kinds are the milk chocolate Jane Goodall and Chai Tea. But I would recommend trying some other unique ones too just for the experience. But whatever you do, don't try the coconut curry. I promise you can live without trying that one.

p.s. I think I ate so much chocolate/sugar today that I am currently experiencing a super low! Yes it's possible and Amanda is experiencing it with me. It kind of sucks!

*I was also thinking about turning these into black and white because they looked really cool, but I just loved the color so I decided to stick with original.
